Aysha Dhillon is a passionate and experienced Family Day Care Educator who has been nurturing and educating children for over 7 years. As the owner and operator of Born 2 Shine Family Day Care, registered under the 24/7 Family Day Care Scheme and approved by the NSW Department of Education, Aysha has been providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 1 to 8 years since 2018.

With her extensive experience, Aysha believes in offering personalised care that supports each child’s individual learning journey. She is committed to creating a home-like atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Lloyd Creek Pty Ltd is the Approved Provider of 24/7 Family Day Care. Karen Drinan is the Director of Lloyd Creek Pty Ltd.

Karen is Diploma qualified and has previously worked as an Investigator for the Dept of Education and Communities in the Early Childhood Directorate giving her a strong knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance issues. In fact, it was her experience in this role that inspired her to start 24/7 Family Day Care.

Lisa Stathakis is the Nominated Supervisor for 24/7 Family Day Care. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has many years of experience within the Early Childcare industry. As our Nominated Supervisor she is responsible for the day to day operation of the service.

Ruth McGuire is our Coordinator and Educational Leader. Ruth holds a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and a wealth of experience in the Early Childhood sector.

Kati Kirkwook is our Office Manager. Kati manages enrolments, general office enquiries and compliance documentation.
